Breast milk is one of the best gifts we can give to our newborns, and we understand firsthand the challenges of breastfeeding. The CEO of Getha, Melissa Tan (a mother of two), breastfed her first child for 2.5 years. I also breastfed my daughter, Jess Ng for fifteen months while in my full-time job. Breastfeeding awareness is on the rise in Malaysia, thanks in part to inspiring women like the former Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, and YB Yeo Bee Yin. They have shown that it's possible to breastfeed while also being in a demanding job. Our collaboration with Getha focuses on providing new moms with the rest and nourishment they need to generate plenty of milk for their little ones.
